Product description The Long Plate Mount from DMâ'Accessories is machined from a single piece of aluminum for high strength and minimum weight, and anodized for high durability and scratch resistance. It is compatible with all DM-Accessories reinforcement plates and shoulder kits. It is also compatible with any device with a (W) 26 x (L) 42mm four-hole rectangular bolt pattern for 4mm or smaller flat head screws, as well as any device with a (W) 23 x (L) 30mm three hole triangular bolt pattern, using 4mm or smaller flat head screws.
The plate allows rods with threaded ends on the front and rear. It engages the wedge and the tail stud of the Sony’s VCT-U14 quick release mount (sold separately) and similar quick release plates. This is a wedge plate that locks into VCT-U14, also with the Panasonic SHAN-TM700. It is compatible with the Canon TA-100 baseplate, but the TA-100 does not offer a tail stud. It works with tripods with the wedge slot and tail stud. This wedge plate includes 3 1/4"-20 screws and four 4 x 10mm screws, flat-head-type stainless steel, Philips drive for the four-hole pattern. The rod spacing is 60mm, and it will accept rods with a 12mm thread. Those wanting a smaller wedge plate should consider the VCT-WEDGE. Note: Quick Release Base Plate and Rods sold separately.
