Product description Blending a dye sublimation printer, an order terminal, and software into a single compact package has resulted in the SnapLab+ SL620A All-in-One Photo Kiosk System from DNP. It features the speedy DS620A printer along with the DS-Tmini order terminal and DiLand photo editing and ordering software to create a single extremely capable machine. The DS-Tmini transforms the system into a full-fledged ordering system that can be quickly set up on location for customers. Making operation intuitive is the use of a large 10.1" color touchscreen with a resolution of 1200 x 800. Also, it comes with a router that allows it to be networked and then work with the DNP mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
The kiosk comes equipped with multiple interfaces for printing from a variety of devices. This includes a card reader with inputs for SD, microSD, CompactFlash, Memory Stick, Memory Stick Micro, and xD as well as four USB ports that can accept connections from smartphones and other devices. A smartphone holder is conveniently built into the system as well, to account for customers working directly from their phone.
Included in this setup is the DS620A printer, which is capable of printing at resolutions of 300 dpi with print sizes of 4 x 6", 5 x 7", and 6 x 8", as well as 2 x 6" strips on 4 x 6" and 6 x 8" media. The printer offers impressive speed and will be able to print either glossy or matte without needing to switch media. Additionally, the SL620A has the option to connect a second printer if needed. - DNP DS620A Professional Photo Printer Using an enhanced thermal print head and print engine system the DS620A Professional Photo Printer from DNP is designed for high quality prints with excellent speed and 300 dpi resolution. The printer will produce prints from 2 x 6" photo strips to 6 x 8" images and in high-speed mode will create a 4 x 6" photo in just 8.3 seconds. You can also create beautiful panoramic images up to 6 x 20" when using DNP's Hot Folder Print v2.2 software. The unit can make up to 400 pictures in an hour with the roll feed and the same media can be used for either glossy or matte finishes.
During operation the DS620A has both high-speed and high-quality modes, depending on your personal needs. Also, it offers a watermark on the back of the photos and has USB 2.0 connectivity to a computer. This connection works with a print driver to provide users with detailed information about current status and print jobs. The DS620A comes with a CD with Windows drivers, and Mac drivers are also available as a free download online.
