Product description The 72mm Digital Video Lens Hood from Dot Line is constructed from thick, hard, rubberized matt material and is designed to not only reduce glare, but to protect the lens and camera body from damage due to accidental bumping. The rectangular shape of the hood is designed to match the aspect ratio for video capture and the interior of the hood contains molded ridges to further cut down on glare. The lens hood attaches snugly to the lens by a metal screw-mount that matches the filter size of the lens. A squeeze type lens cap is included and fits securely on the lens or filter to prevent scratching and dust or moisture from getting on the lens while not in use.
