Product description The Dot Line DSLR Rig with Matte Box combines a lightweight shoulder rig with a simple rod-mount matte box. The rig features an offset shoulder pad that'll let you keep a camera centered in front your eye, so that you can monitor your shots on the LCD of the camera as opposed to monitoring on an external monitor. The camera plate is a quick-release universal type, but is short to specifically support DSLR cameras. All the components connect together by means of 15mm rods.
The matte box has both a top flag and two side flags for keeping unwanted light off and out of a lens. The matte box attaches to the rods via a rod bracket. This bracket has a height adjustment component that allows the matte box to be raised or lowered to support different-sized cameras and lenses.
