Product description The Dot Line Wide-Angle 62mm Lens Hood is a shield for your wide-angle camera lens or zoom lens that covers a wide angle. The hood protects your lens from flare, which is caused by the entrance of unwanted stray light. By extending and shading the end of the lens, the hood blocks unwanted light from entering. In addition, since the end of the lens is extended, you also get the added benefit of some extra protection against accidental impact. This hood may be used on lenses of size 24mm and up.
