Product description The d:dicate 4011ER Cardiod Microphone with Active Rear Cable from DPA is designed for capturing audio. It can be used with vocals, close miking instruments, amplifier cabinets, and similar sources in live sound reinforcement and recording applications. The microphone features a cardioid condenser element for minimizing off-axis noise in spot-miking applications, allowing for use in close-miking scenarios and to minimize bleed from other instruments. The 4011ER is powered by 48V of phantom power and offers a frequency range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz. It is capable of handling high SPLs without distortion and uses an MMP preamp with a 12mm XLR cable. A foam windscreen and SM4000-C suspension mount are included. - Cardioid pickup pattern provides maximum separation between sound sources
- Equally suitable for close-up work on acoustic guitar, grand piano, overheads, percussion, wind instruments, and vocals
- Flat on-axis frequency response and phase response
- Combine with additional separately sold DPA capsules or preamps for new configuration
