• d:screet Core 4060 Miniature Omnidirectional Microphone with MicroDot Connector (High-Sens, Black) The high-sens, normal SPL, black d:screet Core 4060 Miniature Omnidirectional Microphone with Hardwired MicroDot Connector from DPA is designed for use with wireless systems in performance and theatrical presentations. The Core 4060 miniature microphone amplifier delivers a 6 dB increase in dynamic range and a 6 dB reduction in THD (total harmonic distortion) over the 4060 Legacy model. Because of its small size, the microphone is highly unobtrusive and is suitable for broadcast, live stage, and instrument applications as well.The d:screet Core 4060 includes interchangeable capsule protection grids that alter the sonic character of the microphone. A high-boost grid creates a peak at 12 kHz, bringing an airy texture to audio signals. The soft-boost grid creates a subtle boost between 8 to 20 kHz, enhancing signal presence.With an SPL rating of 134 dB, the microphone is more than capable of reproducing transient (peaking) audio before clipping. The Core 4060 is powered via +48V phantom power and features a MicroDot output connector, compatible with various wireless microphone transmitters, or power supplies with standard XLR outputs.
• DAD6001 MicroDot to 3-pin XLR Adapter (Belt Clip) The DAD6001 is an adapter featuring XLR-male and MicroDot connections. The adapter is designed to attach DPA microphones to external phantom power sources such as preamps, mixers, etc. This version features a belt clip for added convenience while using in mobile situations.
• SCM0017 Miniature Mic Holder (Black) The black SCM0017 from DPA is a mic holder for the d:screet Miniature Microphone (sold separately). It can be used to create distance from the capsule, and minimize clothing and fabric noise; also, it is prepared for both left and right mounting in applications such as live stage, broadcast TV, houses of worship, and more. In addition, the SCM0017 is used with an omnidirectional microphone that picks up the sound, no matter which direction the microphone is placed in. The rear cable hook controls cable run behind clothes and improves minimum visual appearance.
