Product description The loud SPL, black d:screet Core 4071 ENG/EFP Omni Microphone Kit from DPA includes a Core 4071 omnidirectional lavalier microphones hardwired to a microDot connector, an XLR adapter with belt clip, a single mic holder, a double mic holder, a 7-pack of mixed-color windscreens, a mesh windscreen, a fur windscreen, and a travel case. The Core 4071 miniature microphone amplifier delivers both an increase in dynamic range and a reduction in THD (total harmonic distortion) over the 4071 Legacy model. This kit can be used to capture audio for ENG and EFP applications, as well as any scenario that requires small, moisture-resistant microphones. It has a built-in low-cut filter at 100 Hz for reduced low-frequency resonances and rumbling. Its high-frequency boost is tailored for speech intelligibility. - DAD6001 MicroDot to 3-pin XLR Adapter (Belt Clip) The DAD6001 is an adapter featuring XLR-male and MicroDot connections. The adapter is designed to attach DPA microphones to external phantom power sources such as preamps, mixers, etc. This version features a belt clip for added convenience while using in mobile situations.
- SCM0018 Double Miniature Microphone Holder (Black) The black SCM0018 from DPA is a double mic holder for d:screet miniature microphones (sold separately). It can be used for mounting dual microphones to clothing to create a distance from the capsule and minimize clothing and fabric noise. Furthermore, it is prepared for both left and right mounting, for applications such as live stage, broadcast TV, houses of worship, and more. The SCM0018 is used with omnidirectional microphones that pick up sound no matter which direction the microphone is placed in. The rear cable hook controls cable run behind clothes and improves minimum visual appearance.
- SCM0017 Miniature Mic Holder (Black) The black SCM0017 from DPA is a mic holder for the d:screet Miniature Microphone (sold separately). It can be used to create distance from the capsule, and minimize clothing and fabric noise; also, it is prepared for both left and right mounting in applications such as live stage, broadcast TV, houses of worship, and more. In addition, the SCM0017 is used with an omnidirectional microphone that picks up the sound, no matter which direction the microphone is placed in. - Foam Windscreen for 4060, 4061, 4062, 4063, 4071 - 7-Pack The DUA0570 Foam Windscreen for DPA Microphones 4060, 4061, 4062, 4063, 4071 series - 7-Pack (Color Mix) reduces speaking and environmental noise for the DPA Microphones 4060, 4061, 4062, 4063, 4071 series miniature omnidirectional microphones. This pack contains one each of the following colors: beige, white, black, yellow, green, red, and blue.
- Miniature Mesh for 4071 The DUA0572 Miniature Mesh for DPA Microphones 4071 reduces speaker noise, slight wind, and other environmental noise for the DPA Microphones 4071 miniature omnidirectional microphone. It provides a high-frequency boost for this chest-mounted mini mic.
- Mesh Windjammer for 4071 (Gray Fur) The DUA0571 Mesh Windjammer for DPA Microphones 4071 (Gray Fur) reduces environmental noise for the DPA omnidirectinal mini microphone. It is designed for use in heavy wind, and plush covering makes the microphone insensitive to handling or noise from friction. There is some high-frequency loss when the fur jammer is used, but since boost is done under the mesh, that loss is less than with other types of jammers needed for harsh, windy working conditions.
