Product description The DSC Labs DX-1 BackFocus Calibration Chart is a rear-lit chart designed for calibrating the resolution on your video camera. Featuring an updated version of the Siemens star pattern, the chart is designed for use with HDTV and digital film production. It offers high dynamic range with white and dense black unique bow-tie stars. Stars and demi-stars are also included for setting critical center and edge focus on your camera.
You can use the DX-1 BackFocus Calibration Chart as a precision optical signal generator that produces waveform and vectorscope displays similar to standard electronic test signals. In addition, it can be used to align multiple cameras using the color patches. The chart can be used for aligning different types of lighting such as quartz, HMI, and fluorescent. It also features a maximum tolerance level of 5 CIE L*U*V units and an RMS maximum of 2 units. - Rear-lit chart - designed for calibrating the resolution on your video camera
