Product description The DSC Labs Fairburn 3-D Maxi Chart (40 x 24") is a calibration tool that allows videographers and filmmakers to balance and align cameras as well as check zoom, focus, rotation, keystoning and grayscale accuracy during production. Designed for a range of 3d cameras, the chart enables horizontal and vertical alignment with the help of the white cross in the center, and features a 5-pixel-wide zoom ring line to view the zoom difference between cameras focal lengths.
The RIGHT and LEFT words on the white line as well as the up and right arrows serve as orientation detectors. Additionally, the red ‘R’ and the blue ‘L’ act as color and eye reference (Red Right eye-Blue Left eye) with the red ‘R’ indicating image flip or flop orientation. Focus fans at the corners of the Fairburn 3-D chart allow for contrast adjustment, thereby ensuring that the image is easy to view even in low light conditions.
A hexagon-shaped ChromaDuMonde color reference allows you to match the vector scope orientation. In addition, the lightweight (2.4 lb / 1.1 kg) Fairburn 3-D Chart has 18% grayscale chips on the top right and left sides. - Calibration tool that allows videographers and filmmakers to balance and align cameras as well as check zoom, focus, rotation, keystoning and grayscale accuracy during production
