Product description The DSC Labs Pocket White and Warm is a set-up chart allowing you to shoot neutral whites by white balancing to "TrueWhite". Manufactured using DSC's unique technology, TrueWhite chips are spectrophotometrically neutral. Aligning to various whites that merely "look" white can distort a camera's colorimetry, while white balancing to a DSC TrueWhite helps ensure that skin tones and colors reproduce with greater accuracy. - Optimization
- White balancing to a white chip with every change of lighting helps optimize image quality, expedite and facilitate video sweetening.
- Warming
- The set also features a warming card (on reverse) to help shooters "warm up" scenes accurately and consistently. To compensate for discontinuous light sources, such as fluorescents and HMIs, align cameras using one of the many available DSC color patterns.
