Product description The Netstor NA221A TurboBox-mini PCI Express Expansion Box for Notebook from Dynapower USA is a compact, external enclosure for adding a PCIe card to a laptop. The portable form factor of NA221A Expansion Box is designed with a PCIe x16 connector and double width space. It allows you to install a single or double width standard height PCIe card into the light and durable aluminum case, for protection. You can simply attach the PCIe card to a laptop through ExpressCard 34 and the cable. The TurboBox-mini NA221A provides a dedicated power supply and an individual cooling system. It is ideal for those PCIe cards that require heavy power consumption and better cooling environment such as capture cards, audio cards or graphic cards for video or audio professionals and gaming users who work with their laptop. - External Single PCIe Enclosure
- The TurboBox-mini NA221A-NB is a plug-and-play external expansion device designed for connecting a PCIe card to a laptop. TurboBox-mini is easy and mobile enough to integrate the power of PCIe card and computer into a dynamic, flexible and mobile workstation. It has an industrial solution for adding one PCIe card to a computer and is also suitable for audio, graphics and video capture cards. The TurboBox-mini is ideal for system testers and engineers who may need to regularly swap out I/O cards. - Compatible with Sandy Bridge Microarchitecture
- The TurboBox-mini is compatible with most current PCIe 2.0 or Gen 2 specification as well as Intel's latest Sandy Bridge processor microarchitecture. As the TurboBox-mini NA221A-NB works with current Intel's 6 series chipset laptop, the ExpressCard 34 connector supports throughput of up to 5 GBps. It provides fast and reliable data throughput as well as bandwidth for users in different working environments.
