Product description Quantum Leap Gypsy from EastWest is a virtual instrument featuring instrumentation associated with gypsy culture. These include the violin, various styles of guitars and accordions, trombone, gypsy percussion, and more.Gypsy is essential for film, TV, and game composers who wish to create authentic gypsy-style music. The instrument utilizes a dedicated playback engine, the PLAY Advanced Sample Engine, which provides an easy searchable browser and the ability for users to customize the sounds. - Virtual instrument featuring instrumentation associated with gypsy culture
- Total of 11GB of 24-bit / 44.1 kHz samples
- Instruments include the violin (classical and gypsy style); classical, Flamenco, Django-style, and Spanish steel-string guitars; Campana, Silvestri, Excelsior, and Bandoneon accordions; and trombone (classical and gypsy style)
- Other instruments include the cimbalom, Flamenco dancer foot-stomps and castanets, along with gypsy percussion
- The violin and trombone feature many articulations, repetitions and even true legato intervals. All of the guitars were sampled with up and down strokes, many velocities and picking styles, release trails, chords, and effects
- The accordions feature many different setups, all with air flow in and out samples, as well as expressive samples, chords, and left hand bass
- Instrument plays back via the PLAY Advanced Sample Engine, a dedicated audio engine/interface providing a powerful streaming engine (32- and 64-bit / plug-in and standalone)
- All instruments listed in a single browser for easy navigation
- Stereo Swap allows the user to instantly swap the left and right channels. Mono from left, mono from right, or mono sum allow for instant conversion from stereo to mono
