Product description Available for download, the Symphonic Choirs Platinum from EastWest is a detailed and comprehensive choral virtual instrument featuring the four sections of a traditional choir, along with a boys choir and solo voices. Based on the Original Edition of EastWest Quantum Leap Choirs, this edition adds WordBuilder software that allows you to type words into the computer, and hear the choir sing them in any key. Symphonic Choirs also gives you a pop-down menu with popular, pre-built phrases that can be loaded instantly. The software provides you with 38.5GB of samples, all of them taken at 24-bit / 44.1 kHz. You can manipulate three simultaneous stereo mic setups to control the ambience. Each section was recorded at close range, from the conductor's position, and back in the hall. Mixing the mic positions for each section, you can achieve the ideal blend for your mix and obviate the need for external reverb processing.Samples are triggered and played through the accompanying PLAY software, a 64-bit audio engine that powers the EastWest Quantum library. This software is compatible with Mac and Windows platforms, and operates in AU, AAX, and VST formats. You can also open this choir in a standalone version. - Key Features at a Glance
