Product description The 8 channel EBtech Line Level Shifter is everything the 2 channel version is with provisions for multi-channel use. This device provides 8 channels of line level tranformation bettween balanced and unbalanced devices. 60Hz hum, AC buz and other noise caused by such connections are eliminated resulting in clean, quiet audio signal. Audiophile quality components and passive design provide a quiet signal path throughout resulting in effective noise elimination without altering the original signal. 1/4" TRS "Smart" connections automatically distinguish bettween balanced and unbalanced connections. - Eliminates Hum & Ground Loops
- The EBtech Line Level Shifter effectively eliminated 60Hz/AC hum caused by electrical ground loops. Automaticaly translates signal voltages to match differences in ground potentials, avoiding clipping.
- Converts Balanced and Unbalanced Signals
- Converts automatically back and forth between balanced and unbalanced lines bettween -10dBV and +4dBu.
- Passive Design
- Designed for completely passive operation with audiophile quality components resulting in the best possible noise and distortion performance.
- 1/4 inch Smart Connections
- Featuring 1/4" TRS "Smart Connections", automatically recognizing balanced and unbalanced connections.
