Product description Eliminate Wi-Fi dead zones with the EW-7438AC Smart AC750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Extender / Access Point / Wi-Fi Bridge from Edimax. With the ability to operate in three different networking modes (access point, Wi-Fi extender, and Wi-Fi bridge), the EW-7438AC can be used in a variety of network configurations. Regardless of the mode being used, setup and configuration of this extender is simple and can be done from a smartphone or tablet, and through a computer using the web based interface. With Smart App Control and Analytics, a network administrator has complete control over various aspects of the network using Wi-Fi analytics, scheduling, and the ability to implement a guest network. Once installed this Edimax Range Extender operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies and supports 802.11a/b/g/n/ac Wi-Fi network standards. In addition to wireless access, an Ethernet enabled device can be connected directly to the Fast Ethernet port located on the bottom of the extender. - 802.11ac Dual-Band Wi-Fi
