Four separate inputs give you maximum compatibility with almost any desktop. You get a VGA, DVI-D, HDMI, and DisplayPort connections. It allows for up to 6.2" of height adjustment, and 90 degrees of rotation, left or right, offers landscape or portrait orientation. You can tilt the monitor from -5 to 35 degrees in order to better reduce glare and improve viewing angles. And quickly sharing what's on your display with others around you is a snap, thanks to its ability to swivel 344 degrees from side to side.
- Built-In 2-Port USB Hub
- Few things are more frustrating than running out of USB ports, or having to crawl on the floor to connect a USB stick. The EV2456 provides two built-in USB 3.0 Type-A ports for convenient connection of storage devices and peripherals.

- Configuration by Mouse
- One of the many highlights of the EV2456 is the built-in Screen InStyle software that takes monitor configuration away from manual control buttons, to a more intuitive mouse-based option. Using your mouse, you can control the display's power, color, brightness, and gamma settings. You can even manage multiple connected monitors from a single display.
- Monitor Configuration for Administrators
- EIZO Monitor Configuration lets system administrators control the settings of all FlexScan EV series monitors with a USB connection. The settings of one monitor can be saved as an XML file and applied to other monitors via USB or the office network.

- To help eliminate eye fatigue, a brightness sensor called Auto EcoView detects the changes in the ambient brightness that occurs throughout the day, and automatically adjusts the screen to the ideal brightness level.

- In a dimly-lit work environment, a monitor with low brightness settings is more comfortable to use. With its LED backlight, the monitor is adjustable to 1 cd/m², which is less than 1% of the maximum.
