Product description The IP65 rated Elation Professional Proteus Smarty Hybrid is a fully featured spot, beam, and wash hybrid fixture for indoor and outdoor use, offering remarkable projection quality and a wide color mixing array through its variable CMY color mix engine. The fixture is well-suited for special events and concerts as well as theme parks and cruise ships. The fixture features a Philips MSD Platinum 200 Flex lamp with FLEX technology which uses a smartly designed discharge lamp/ballast package to produce high output and compact performance at an efficient, long-life solution of up to 6000 hours.
The Proteus Smarty Hybrid's features include an 11,000-lumen total output, motorized zoom ranges of 1 to 18° in beam mode, 3 to 27° in spot mode, and 5 to 33° in wash mode, as well as a full CMY color mixing system, a full frost filter for wash effects, and 13 dichroic colors including a quad-color filter, CTB, CTO, and UV. Additional effects include: 8 rotating and interchangeable glass gobos; 12 static, stamped metal gobos; 16-facet and 5-facet linear and independent rotating prisms; multiple CMY color, gobo, and prism macros; motorized focus with an auto-focus feature; high speed shutter and strobe; and lamp hibernation mode.
The Proteus Smarty Hybrid can be controlled by DMX, remote device management (RDM), Art-Net, and sACN protocol support. The rear panel offers a variety of IP65-rated input and output connections including 5-pin XLR, RJ45 etherCON, and Seetronic Powerkon. There is a 6-button control panel and full-color 180° reversible menu display. The Elation Professional Proteus Profile ships with mounting brackets and a power cord. -
