Product description What You Need to Know When Working with DMX Read More The 3RU Show Designer 1 from Elation Professional is a 512-channel DMX console. This console can control up to sixteen large lighting fixtures of up to 32 channels each for a total of 512 channels, or 16 groups of smaller fixtures.The setup menu includes support of Elation and American DJ lighting fixtures as well as other popular brands. The channels are controlled by eight faders, a joystick controls pan and tilt, and a rotary wheel is used for data entry. A trackball or PC can be connected via the RS-232 port.
The operating system uses flash memory so that the software can be updated from a computer. The Show Designer 1 adds to the features of the original Show Designer while remaining backward compatible. The removable rubber rails enable you to use the console table-top style, or to mount it in a rack mount frame. The unit provides external automation control via MIDI input and output connectors, and controls the fixtures through a 3-pin XLR connector. - Controls up to 512 channels (USITT DMX-512 compatible)
