Product description The Crying Bass Wah/Fuzz Pedal from Electro-Harmonix is a wah pedal with fuzz designed for bass guitar. The Crying Bass sweeps the wah filter without using any moving parts: it does not use a potentiometer, optics, or magnetism. The responsive pedal allows precise control over a fluid wah. The Crying Bass also includes a fuzz circuit to add extra distortion and harmonics to your bass sound, giving the wah filter more frequencies, as well as a low pass filter (LPF) fixed at 194 Hz for extra low end.
You can toggle between buffered bypass and effect mode by tipping the Crying Bass forward and backward.
The unit runs on an included 9V battery or on an optional 9.6DC-200BI power supply. - Specially tuned fuzz circuit adds extra harmonics
- Fixed low-pass filter control adds bottom end to the wah effect
- No moving parts- no pots, foot switches or gears to break
- Silent switching from bypass to effect
