Product description A big update in a small package, the Deluxe Memory Man MT1100-TT by Electro-Harmonix is an analog delay pedal designed for electric guitar. It sports the same sonic characteristics of the original Deluxe Memory Man while boasting new and expanded options—now tap tempo, metric subdivision, LED indication, and feedback manipulation are all available at the tap of a toe. Plug in an external expression pedal and you'll be able to exert full bipedal domination over the Blend, Rate, Depth, Feedback, and Delay knobs as well. The MT1100-TT also features an effects loop that allows you to color the sound of your delays even more, with the aid of any outboard processing unit at your disposal. Note too that the tap-tempo footswitch turns into a feedback manipulator if pressed and held: just keep your foot planted on the switch to hear the amount of echo escalate in cacophony, then take your foot off and listen as it calms back down to your pre-set level. -
- Same sonic characteristics of the original Deluxe Memory Man
- Tap tempo allows you to set the time between echoes with the tap of your foot
- Metric subdivision button allows you to subdivide time between echoes further (i.e., if you tapped a quarter note, you can change it with the button to a dotted eighth or triplet)
- Five tap-tempo subdivisions: dotted 1/8 note, 1/4 note triplet, 1/8 note, 1/8 note triplet, and 1/16 note
- External expression pedal input provides standing foot-control over Blend, Rate, Depth, Feedback, and Delay knobs (available separately)
- Built-in effects loop to color sound further
- Tap-tempo footswitch turns into cascade of roaring echo-feedback if you keep it pressed down, then subsides when you take your foot off
- Support for an external, momentary tap-tempo footswitch (available separately)
- User-modifiable PCB for further customization
