Product description The ND86-RC3 Wireless Head with ND86 Capsule from Electro-Voice is a robust, high performance, dynamic supercardioid thread-on vocal microphone head for wireless handheld transmitters. It can be used with Electro-Voice—and many other brands—wireless handheld transmitters (sold separately) that use the common 3-contact rings, 1.25" diameter by 28-thread pitch coupling convention.Designed for excellent all-around voice applications, the ND86-RC3 capsule delivers crisp, clear, and balanced vocal presence as well as isolation from sound on the stage. It contains a large Mylar diaphragm that delivers a rich and detailed frequency response. It features an innovative capsule shockmount system consisting of a 4-point suspension around the circumference of the capsule and a tuned pneumatic pump at the capsule base that reduces handling noise.Furthermore, the Memraflex grille is made of a durable tight-mesh grille wire that withstands rough treatment. The capsule uses a humbucking coil that attenuates AC hum and electro-magnetic interference. You can use the ND86-RC3 Wireless Head with ND86 Capsule with confidence near speaker cabinets and EMF generating equipment racks. - Thread-on microphone head for Electro-Voice, and other brands, wireless handheld transmitters
- Excellent acoustic control in even the largest of venues: present, smooth, and detailed sound
- Large-diaphragm dynamic capsule creates a rich and detailed frequency response
- Shock-mounted capsule minimizes handling noise
- Memraflex grille resists denting
