Product description The SB122 from Electro-Voice is not only compact and lightweight, but powerful as well. Designed to enhance Sx and Zx series speaker systems, the SB122 has a long-throw 12-inch driver in a composite enclosure with a large vent for less compression and turbulence, resulting in increased low frequency output. The SB122 has 400W of continuous output power for strong, thumping bass.
The SB122 can be connected in parallel with a full-range speaker without the need for an additional amplifier and processor, thanks to a built-in low-pass filter. Below 160Hz the filter is transparent, so the subwoofer may be used in biamp situations without disabling the filter. The rear panel offers parallel Neutrik Speakon input connectors, while the top of the cabinet has a pole mount socket. The SB122 also has a built-in handle for easy positioning. - Powerful 12-inch driver in a compact and lightweight composite cabinet

- Transparent low-pass filter allows parallel connection with a full-range speaker, as well as biamp use without disabling filter
