Product description The ElementS 15mm Ultra Rod (18") is a strong, durable yet extremely lightweight aluminum rod that won't weigh down your camera support rig. With its nickel plate finish over aircraft grade aluminum, the Ultra Rod is strong enough to support most zoom lenses while weighing only one third of an equivalent stainless steel rod. Note: Rods are normally used in pairs. This is a single rod only. - ElementS has developed a unique, low-cost solution for weight conscious hand-held shooters. Our new Ultra-Light iris rods are made from seamless extruded aircraft grade aluminum. They are precision ground then finished with a durable nickel plating.
