Product description Building on the first version of their vocal-training software program, eMedia Music's downloadable Singing for Dummies Level 2 for Mac provides over 90 interactive, easy-to-follow lessons that teach you how to sing or improve your voice. Whether you're just getting started or have some experience under your belt, this course can benefit you. Professional singer and voice teacher Ory Brown, M.M., brings 25 years of teaching and performance experience to the table, including appearances at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and on The Late Show with David Letterman.
Vocal exercises and songs for both males and females in high and low ranges are included. Enjoy over 40 songs in multiple styles, including hits from legends such as John Lennon and Creedence Clearwater Revival.
You'll learn about various topics, including consonants, sustained singing, vocal agility, and vocal expression, and you'll gain a greater understanding of both physical and musical techniques that will improve your voice. The software's Interactive Feedback technology listens to you sing via the microphone you supply, and shows you whether you're singing in tune. Performance Evaluation tracks pitch and rhythm as you move through a song, using color-coded notes to indicate places where you sang flat, sharp, or on point. You are then given an overall score to help you keep track of your progress. - Over 90 interactive, full-screen vocal lessons covering topics such as the following:
