Product description Link up the DuraFon 1X Expansion Handset with the EnGenius DuraFon 1X system and take advantage of long range communication perfect for large job sites, factories, and other expansive environments. You can make phone calls, communicate over 2-way radio, and even use the intercom mode to eliminate group chatter. With broadcasting capabilities announcements can be send out to all of the handsets or to specific handsets to alert individuals of events and or emergencies. Once configured, the handset supports up to 6 hours talk time and up to 50 hours of standby time allowing you to remain in the field for nearly the entire day without swapping out or charging the battery. - Intercom Mode
