Product description Leverage the speed of Wireless 802.11ac technology to boost your workflow with the ECB1750 Dual Band Wireless AC 1750 Indoor Access Point / Client Bridge from EnGenius. In addition to IEEE 802.11ac connectivity this access point is backwards compatible with IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n networking standards and operates on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequencies. You can take advantage of three separate data streams on the 5 GHz frequency and three streams on the 2.4 GHz frequency allowing tasks that require more bandwidth to be allocated to the faster less congested 5 GHz frequency. The ECB1750 features transmit power of up to 29 dBm allowing the signal to penetrate most floors, ceilings, and walls. This ensures you can connect more devices at greater distances to help minimize the need for additional access points. On the device itself you will find six omni-directional antennas three of which operate on the 2.4 GHz frequency and three operating on the 5 GHz frequency. Along with enhanced wireless capabilities, this access point comes equipped with one RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet port, one reset button, and one power jack. Inside you will find 128 MB of RAM memory and 16MB of flash memory to ensure smooth, efficient operation when processing multiple data streams. - 3 Stream 802.11ac Wireless Speeds
- Up to 1300 Mb/s on its 5 GHz for faster file transfers and smoother video streaming.
- 3 Stream 802.11n Wireless Speeds
- 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz frequency bands for expanded user capacity. Greater number of channels available on the 5 GHz frequency spectrum to support higher bandwidth applications like HD video streaming.
- High Power and Long-Range Coverage
- Up to 29 dBm transmit power enables the wireless signal to penetrate floors, ceilings, and walls for greater device connectivity. Features 3 detachable 5 dBi high gain Omni-directional antennas for 2.4 GHz and 3 detachable 5 dBi high gain Omni-directional antennas for 5 GHz.
- Supports Separate Mode Configuration per Frequency Band
- Choose one of three modes available to the ECB1750 depending on user needs: Access Point, Client Bridge, or WDS (AP, Station, & Bridge).
- Simplified Monitoring and Management
- For easier monitoring and maintenance after deployment, users can monitor the device remotely with SNMP-based EZ Controller wireless Access Point software for Windows, Mac OSX, and Linux.
Please note software available online as a free download - Band Steering
- Detects and allows Dual Band capable clients to shift to the 5 GHz band from the 2.4 GHz band, relieving network congestion and maintain optimal data traffic flow.
- SSID-to-VLAN Tagging
- Can be configured to broadcast up to eight SSIDs per frequency band. Each SSID can be tagged to a specified company network VLAN for different user access based on established access rights.
