Product description The BrightEye 76 HD Analog-to-Digital Video Converter with Optical Output from Ensemble Designs is an analog-to-digital video converter and audio embedder. The unit accepts standard definition component or composite video and high definition analog component video. Audio can be input on (2) channels. Output of the signals with this unit is optical. This unit is well suited for use with HD cameras or similar devices that feature analog input and output. Use the converter to turn an HD camera into a digital source or as an affordable solution for a multi-camera studio. The unit's digital output carries the uncompressed input signal synchronously to a genlock reference. Inputs are digitized to 12 bit resolution and time base is corrected by a noise tolerant tracking system. An external reference input allows genlock to a house reference. The built-in time base corrector & frame synchronizer can also be used to feed asynchronous or noisy signals to a connected BrightEye 75 unit. The front panel interface allows you to control input selection, gain control, and time base correction. The unit can also be controlled through the BrightEye software package that is included with the unit and compatible with both Windows and Mac platforms. Note: Please note that a power supply is not included with the unit and must be purchased separately. - Analog-to-Digital Video Converter & Analog Audio Embedder
- Use this device to convert analog video to digital and also embed audio signals in the video stream.
- Optical Digital Output with Analog Equipment
- Instantly change the dynamics of your existing setup by using this converter to work with optical output digital video from analog cameras.
- Controls
- The unit can be controlled through the push buttons on the converter's faceplate or through the proprietary software package included with the unit.
- OS Compatibility
