Product description The black Pod Pad Tripod Shoulder Cushion from Essential Photo Gear is a unique shoulder pad designed to fit most large tripods such as the Gitzo Systematic Series. The easy-to-install pad provides a layer of non-collapsing neoprene between the tripod base and the user's shoulder—making the tripod easier to carry in the field. The durable, tear-proof cordura nylon construction protects the pad from the most rigorous use and its water resistant design permits use in the rain or the surf.
The Pod Pad drapes over the top of the tripod without obstructing the baseplate or the attached head. Then each side of the pad attaches to an individual leg using an integrated hook-and-loop strap—a design that allows the tripod to be used as normal without interference.
