Product description This Workforce ES-500WR Wireless Accounting Scanner from Epson is an efficient scanner built for finance management or other accounting needs. With a maximum optical resolution of 600 dpi, documents are always clear and easy to read. A one-pass duplex scanner scans both sides of documents at once, and the device can hold up to 50 pages in its auto document feeder. Scan speeds of 35 ppm / 70 ipm are also possible when set to a 300 dpi scan mode.
Included accounting software can instantly export your scans to QuickBooks or Excel in addition to creating searchable, editable PDFs for filing purposes. Additionally, scans can be wirelessly sent to a connected smartphone, tablet, or computer, or be uploaded to cloud storage services like Google Drive or Dropbox. -
