Product description Wirelessly scan important documents and receipts on the go with the WorkForce ES-65WR Wireless Portable Document Scanner from Epson. Bundled with ScanSmart Accounting Edition Software, Epson makes it easy to scan, organize, review, email, and save important documents and files to a personal computer or the cloud; and with the Epson DocumentScan app, you can wirelessly scan to Android and iOS compatible smartphones and tablets. Equipped with smart scanning capabilities and premium accounting features, you can automatically extract data from receipts and export to QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, TurboTax, or Excel. The included Nuance OCR software enables you to create searchable PDFs and editable Word and Excel files, and automatic feeding mode allows you to feed multiple sheets into the scanner while combining multi-page scans into one file.
Additionally, the unit features an optical resolution of 600 dpi for detailed image capture, and it scans ID cards, receipts, letter-size sheets, and documents up to 8.5 x 72". Single page scanning is as fast as 4 seconds for letter-size paper, and for multi-page jobs it has a scan speed of 15 ppm at 300 dpi when working with 8.5 x 11" sheets of paper.
A single USB cord connects to your computer for powering the unit when scanning directly via USB, and the scanner features a rechargeable built-in battery for wireless use. For added convenience the ES-65R automatically detects connectivity and switches from USB and battery-powered wireless mode without the need for user intervention, and the scanner's LCD displays the wireless and battery status, so you always know what mode you're in. -
