Product description The PALUN IP PoE Powered Video Balun from EverFocus provides a simple way of upgrading to an IP camera system while retaining your coax cabling infrastructure. Included are one black and one blue balun that function as a miniature transmitter and receiver set. Instead of ripping out an existing coax cable, simply connect one end of the cable to one balun and the other end to the second balun. Then plug in your IP camera to one balun and your PoE switch to the other balun using Cat 5 cables. This compact system supports a total transmission distance of 1148', meaning you can use two 328' Cat 5 cables and up to a 492' coax cable. - Key Features
