Product description A Guide to Purchasing an ID Card Printer Read More beffavtxvzutcxuavwyfbfssaxzwzdxc Achieve high resolution imaging with the dye sublimation and retransfer technology found in the Avansia Duplex Retransfer Card Printer from Evolis. It can reach a print resolution of 600 dpi for highly detailed images and sharp text and can work single-sided YMCK at up to 144 cards per hour or double-sided YMCKK at up to 96 cards per hour. Also, it uses CR-80 cards and has over-the-edge printing which provide true borderless printing.
For handling cards it features a 250-card input tray and a 250-card output. Also, the front panel has a two-line LCD for settings and status along with an LED indicator light. Security has been improved with an RFID electronic key which can be removed to prevent use of the printer and there is a Kensington lock slot. Additionally, it has both USB 2.0 and Ethernet interfaces for connecting to a PC. - Retransfer technology provide high-quality results by printing the design onto a transparent film and then fusing this to the card using a thermal bonding process.
