Product description A Guide to Purchasing an ID Card Printer Read More Offering printing and lamination in a single package, the fire red Primacy Lamination Duplex Printer from Evolis uses dye sublimation and thermal transfer processes to produce ID cards with quality and efficiency. It can print and laminate CR-80 cards on both sides at speeds of up to 110 cards per hour with CMYK-K ribbons, and offers a standard 300 x 300 dpi resolution as well as customizable options of 300 x 600 dpi for color printing and 300 x 1200 dpi for monochrome printing. The printer features a 100-card input tray and a 100-card output hopper, as well as a reject hopper in the front. Edge-to-edge printing helps ensure that your ID cards come out exactly the way you want them to. Offering double-sided lamination via flip over, the lamination module connects directly to the printer through an included module for seamless production of your cards. This version features a control panel with an on/off switch and LED indicators for checking the status of both the printer and the laminator. Other features include a Kensington lock slot, USB-A and USB-B ports, and one Ethernet port for networking. -
