Product description The 1.25" barrel diameter 5x Focal Extender from Explore Scientific increases the magnification of any 1.25" eyepiecby a factor of five, adding another layer of usability to the eyepieces you have. Additionally, since low-power eyepieces often offer a longer eye relief than high-magnification ones, using this focal extender gives you the benefit of comfortable viewing, while increasing the magnification. This extender features a fully multicoated 4-element optical configuration to produce bright images with true color representation without distortion across the entire field of view. - Effectively increases the magnification of any 1.25" eyepiece 5x
- Four-element optical configuration with fully multicoated anti-reflective coatings
- Double tapered barrel design allows for smooth insertion and removal into telescope focuser or eyepiece holder
