Product description Inspired by revered bassist Michael Balzary—better known as Flea—the F-Pedals PunQmonk is an envelope filter pedal for electric bass and electric guitar. It provides a tone suitable for slap-bass funk solos and guitar parts evocative of ’70s cop movies, doing so in a relatively compact form factor and with minimal controls.The only knob on the pedal is the Mantratone control, which adjusts the dynamic response of the pedal’s envelope filter to your playing. The other main control is the Om/Hum switch, which changes the frequency range of the envelope filter. Om will target your low frequencies, while Hum will shift the filter to the high-frequency range.The pedal also features an expression input for separately available FXP controllers. When an FXP pedal is plugged into the PunQmonk, you’ll have the ability to control the dynamic response of the stompbox with your foot in a continuously variable manner. True-bypass circuitry is employed to make sure that in its disengaged state, the pedal will not influence your tone. The PunQmonk will run off your pedalboard's regulated 9 or 18 VDC power supply.
