Product description The Pro-G Gate and Expander Software from FabFilter is a music production and multitrack recording plug-in for Windows- or Mac-based computers that has six tuned expander/gate algorithms. It can be used as a versatile mixing tool for applications such as recording, post production, sound design, editing, and more. The software offers you a way to perform and get full control over certain parameters as well as tuned algorithms, side chain, channel linking, and metering. All this is provided in an easy-to-use interface design.Apart from the professional sound, the Pro-G includes upward expansions and ducking features. Choose between mono, stereo, or mid/side chain processing. The look-ahead time can be set up to 10 ms and all this is done with low CPU usage, and zero-latency. In addition you get tuned knobs, MIDI learn, smart parameter interpolation for smooth parameter transitions and a help file with interactive help hints. This plug-in can expand your creative ideas and improve your work flow. Available in VST, VST 3, Audio Units, AAX Native and AudioSuite formats in 64-bit and 32-bit, as well as RTAS (32 bit only). - What-you-use-is-what-you-see interface allows you to add features as you need them. This interface contains only the filters, modulation sources, and slots you are actually using
- GPU-powered graphics acceleration
- Flexible filter routing, including per-channel and mid/side modes
- Features undo, redo and A/B switch to allow comparing of edits
- Provides mid/side processing and has side chain input
- Uses unique per-component presets
- Endless modulation options, with all the 16-step XLFOs, envelope generators, envelope followers and MIDI sources to choose from
