Product description Sync up your camera and external underwater flash units with Fantasea Line's FA-2 LED Strobe Trigger. It eliminates the need for the camera's built-in flash to fire, thus extending battery life for longer shooting sessions while also decreasing lag time between shots, since you need not wait for the built-in flash to recycle. Additionally, keeping the internal flash inactive prevents heat buildup and condensation in your camera housing.
The FA-2 is compatible with any camera featuring a hot shoe connection. It is designed for Fantasea housings, but can be installed inside any housing with sufficient space above the camera. Unlike the FA-1 trigger, this model does not use a hot shoe cable with a connector, but rather, slides directly into the shoe and sits on top of the camera. It connects to external strobes via multi-core fiber-optic cables, triggering them in manual exposure mode, and is compatible with most models on the market.
