Product description Illuminate the beauty of the underwater world at depths as great as 328' with the Radiant 3000F Video LED Dive Light from Fantasea Line. It features white, red, UV, and blue modes, as well as flashing and emergency SOS options. The Radiant offers a wide 100° beam on the white flood setting, making it effective as both a video light and a primary dive light. This angle of coverage remains the same in the red, UV, blue, and flashing modes. Additionally, the 3000F has a concentrated 15° spot setting that's great for focusing and exploring tight spaces, such as the nooks and crannies in coral reefs and caves. Light output ranges from 750-3000 lumens in flood mode, and 250-1000 lumens in spot mode. Each setting gives you a choice of three output levels: 100%, 50%, and 25%. Run time is 0.8-6.7 h with the supplied 18650 li-ion batteries, depending on the mode and brightness selected, and can be up to 8.0 h in the flashing modes. The Radiant's color temperature is a little warmer than daylight at 5000K, enabling the light to restore hues that are lost due to absorption underwater--thus ensuring that the colors in your videos are varied, vibrant, and accurate. A high color-rendering index (CRI) of 90 means the light is excellent at showing a subject's colors naturally. Built for durability, the Radiant 3000F has an aluminum alloy head and a polycarbonate body. The included YS mount allows for easy attachment to optional lighting arms. - Light Performance
-
- White mode for normal light output
- Color temperature is a little warmer than daylight at 5000K, making the light a great color-correction tool for restoring hues that get absorbed underwater
- High CRI of 90 means the Radiant 3000F is nearly as good as daylight or incandescent light at rendering a subject's colors naturally
- Red LED setting lowers color temperature, creating a warming effect that's great for observing and recording sea creatures without scaring them off
- UV and blue modes produce an ultraviolet beam with a wavelength outside the visible spectrum and a deep blue, near-UV beam, respectively, in order to excite certain coral, fish, and other sea life and cause them to fluoresce
- With the proper filters on your dive mask and your underwater camera housing's lens port, you will be able to see and capture the fluorescence
- Light also has constant and SOS flashing modes
- Radiant utilizes a chip-on-board LED array for the flood beam, 1 X-PL LED for the spot beam, 3 LEDs for the red light, and 4 LEDs for the UV and blue light
- Outputs: 750, 1500, and 3000 lumens in flood mode; 250, 500, and 1000 lumens in spot mode
- Red LED setting gives you a choice between 100% and 40% output at a lower brightness than the white light
- Run time is 0.8-3.3 h for the flood beam, 1.7-6.7 h for the spot beam, and up to 8.0 h for the flashing modes
- Powered by two of the four supplied 18650 lithium-ion batteries
- Battery indicator light allows for easy monitoring of the power level
- Switching Mechanism
-
- Two easily accessible push-buttons: "Mode" for cycling through and selecting flood, spot, red, UV, blue, constant flashing, and SOS modes, and "intensity" for adjusting light output
- Memory function restores the light to the last setting used before it was turned off
