Product description Attach the Fantasea Line UWL-400Q Wide-Angle Wet Conversion Lens to your underwater camera housing for clear, close, wide-angle images of the undersea world. Featuring a 120° field of view with zero minimum focus distance, this "wet" lens, which can be removed and replaced during the dive, is useful when photographing seascapes, divers, ship wrecks, and schools of fish, as well as over-and-under compositions. Its optical elements are anti-reflective multi-coated, and its optical glass dome bears a hard coating. Its wings can easily be rotated without tools to prevent glare on the dome from strobes or the sun. The lens is compatible with most 24mm (or higher focal range) camera lenses, and it can be used with some wider lenses by zooming in to avoid vignetting.
Constructed of aluminum alloy with a hard-black coating, the UWL-400Q has a 52mm mounting thread, and comes with an adapter that can be used to mount it on lens ports with 67mm threads. (It can also be used with separately sold Fantasea Line bayonet adapters.) A secure string with a snap hook allows the lens to be secured to the housing, even when removed from the lens port. - Optical Performance
