Product description 9 Alternative Camera Supports Read More The CM-1443 Rapid Carbon Fiber Monopod with Three-Leg Base from FEISOL is a lightweight support which offers the convenience of a basic tripod in the form factor of a monopod.
Equipped with a set of folding feet at the base, the CM-1443 is capable of standing on its own to a maximum height of 81.1" and can support up to 11 lb. This makes the monopod capable of supporting a wide range of compact, mid-weight cameras in environments where a tripod may be unwelcome, such as tight spaces and crowded venues. While it may not be as stable as a native tripod it does fold down to a convenient 22.4" and thanks to its carbon fiber construction, weighs only 1.32 lb.
The 4-section carbon fiber construction utilizes corrosion resistant twist locks, making the monopod ideally suited to be used in both fresh and saltwater. The top base features a reversible 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 mounting screw permitting the use of a head or direct mounting of a camera body. A foam grip and wrist strap increase comfort and security, while a carrying case has been included for easy transport and storage. - Rapid anti-leg-rotation technology
- Carbon fiber construction with maximum 28mm leg diameter for optimum durability
- Three carbon-fiber support legs allowing for an extended maximum height of 81.1"
- 1/4"-20 mounting screw for direct camera attachment, with reversible 3/8"-16 screw for ball head and other accessories
- Twist locks with multi-layer finishing
