Product description Fender has brought 70 years of audio design and manufacturing to your home with the Newport Bluetooth Speaker. A portable, wireless speaker that streams your audio via Bluetooth from a smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-equipped mobile device. With a look inspired by their '68 Custom amplifiers, your favorite tunes are reproduced through a 30W tri-driver design that's paired with twin woofers and a single tweeter.
In addition, the Newport supports both aptX and AAC codecs to help improve audio fidelity when paired with compatible devices and media. Treble and bass controls on the speaker allow you to fine tune the sound to the environment.
Whether you stream from across the apartment, or across the backyard, the Newport can deliver more than music. Thanks to the integrated microphone, you can conduct calls through the Newport as a speakerphone. The built-in Li-ion battery can power the Newport for up to 12 hours, as well as charge your mobile devices via a USB Type-A charging port. - Fender Design

The silver grill front, witch-hat knobs, amp jewel, and custom labels come together to marry modern technology with a vintage aesthetic. Fender even implemented one-of-a-kind audio cues that play whenever you turn it on, or successfully pair a Bluetooth device.

- The onboard microphone features echo cancelling technology, which is specifically designed to make sure your voice is clear when travelling through the Newport during phone calls.
- Wired Sources
- The Newport features an auxiliary input so you can enjoy audio via a wired connection from legacy devices. The input accepts a 1/8" (3.5mm) connection for mono or stereo playback.
