Product description It's barely longer than your thumb, yet the Fenix E16 EDC Flashlight kicks out a remarkably bright 700 lumens of neutral, color-faithful white light. Its two-way clip allows it to be carried in a pocket, on a pack strap, or on a cap brim. It has a magnetic base that grabs any metal surface to serve as a trouble light, and it can stand upright on its base like a candle to light up your deck or campsite picnic table.Powered by one 16340 rechargeable Li-ion battery, the light's Cree XP-L HI Neutral LED offers four brightness levels and a strobe. The E16 can also run on one non-rechargeable CR123A battery, with a lower maximum lumen level (but longer runtimes). Operation is controlled by a stainless steel push-button switch on the side. The Type III anodized aluminum housing is IP68-rated waterproof and dustproof, able to withstand submersion in 6.6' of water for 30 minutes and impact resistant to drops of 3.3'. The light automatically dims a bit if it's running too hot, and heat sink fins on the head help to further dispel heat energy from the powerful LED. It has lockout circuitry to avoid being activated while in transit, and the clip can be rotated over the switch to add another layer of protection against being accidentally turned on. - Performance
