Product description Fenix's powerful and versatile LD75C Multi-Spectrum LED Flashlight is loaded with features and is ideally suited for law enforcement, military and search & rescue professionals or outdoor enthusiasts. This illuminator uses four white Cree XM-L2 U2 LEDs to produce five outputs from a task-orientated 40 lumen economy output to a darkness-obliterating 4200-lumen turbo mode. In addition to the white emitters, there is a secondary LED that emits blue, red, and green light to perform tasks without interfering with night-adjusted vision, plus a secondary 200-lumen white output. Adding to the LD75C's versatility is a 4200 lumen disorientating strobe, and two colored flashing modes that can be used for signaling. The light's switching system enables users to combine the white and colored lights to customize the light signature for easier identification.Multiple safety and power features protect the light and optimize the power output based on the battery charge and conditions. The output is digitally regulated to maintain consistent beam intensity throughout the battery charge to prevent dimming. Thermal control circuitry optimizes the output based on temperature fluctuation to further maintain a consistent beam. Specialized circuitry monitors the internal temperature and automatically steps the output down to prevent damage due to excessive heat, while reverse polarity protection prevents damage to the light if the batteries are installed incorrectly. For full functionality, the light runs on four 18650 or eight CR123 batteries, but in a pinch it can operate with two 18650 or four CR123 batteries but with reduced outputs and runtimes depending on the light color and mode selected.Complementing the multiple light outputs is a housing that is built to withstand years of use. Its aluminum alloy body has a scratch and corrosion-resistant type III hard anodized finish, with a scratch-resistant tempered reflector window that has a anti-reflection coating to maximize light transmission. A sturdy and strong stainless steel bezel ring protects the head and lens from damage due to drops and impacts. The light is impact resistant to 6.6' and IPX8-rated making it fully submersible to 6.6' for up to 30 minutes. A ribbed handle provides a slip-resistant grip when using the light with gloves or in cold and wet conditions. - Primary White Light
