Product description FireField's Spartan 3x42 1st Generation NV Monocular offers users night vision capability with 36 lp/mm resolution, 3x magnification, an ergonomic body with rubber armoring, comfortable one-handed operation, and waterproof performance. To obtain better visibility in total darkness, you can turn on its built-in infrared LED illuminator, capable of producing 100mW of output power. In addition to observing distant objects, the rotating objective ring will allow you to focus as close as 3.3'. For prolonged viewing and to eliminate image jitter due to shaky hands, the monocular can also be mounted on a 1/4"-20 tripod. - Intensifier Tube & Optics
