Product description The Hold Up CDROM (No Audio) available from First Light Video Publishing is an editing exercise conducted by acclaimed film critic, Roger Ebert. Featuring a band robbery scene, the editing exercise provides editing tips and insight from rushes to the final cut. Basic editing techniques including matching action, parallel editing, and continuity are covered in the Hold Up editing exercise. Effects such as camera angle, point-of-view, and reaction shots are also introduced and described.Windows and Mac OS compatibility allows you to access the CDROM on a wide array of systems. The Hold Up CDROM contains 2 edited versions elucidating the different approaches an editor can adopt while constructing a scene. Providing the user with high flexibility, the sequence integrates a design that supports silent editing along with single and double sound editing support. The Hold Up editing exercise supports a playback resolution of 480 x 360, and provides high compatibility via video in .mov and .avi formats.
