Product description Tailor your sound with the black plastic Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Pickup Set for 7-string electric guitars. The alnico pickup combines power and explosiveness with full chords and fluid solos, while the ceramic pickup offers both brutal active aggression and passive punch. When used as a set, the alnico model is typically preferred for use in the neck position, and the ceramic model is used in the bridge position. However, both pickups can be used in either position. - Fluence Modern Humbucker Alnico Pickup for 7-String Guitar (Black Plastic) Tailor your sound with the black plastic Fishman Fluence Modern Humbucker Alnico Pickup for 7-string electric guitars. Combining the power and explosiveness of alnico with full chords and fluid solos, this humbucker lets you toggle between two distinct voices. It can be used either at the neck or at the bridge of the guitar, and is commonly paired with the ceramic bridge pickup (available separately).
The Fluence pickup gives more sense of immediacy in response than traditional passive pickups, making individual notes within chords come through more clearly. The Fluence sound is very low noise and can be controlled for volume without sacrificing high end or clarity. Feel and response, as well as output, can be customized by raising and lowering the pickup in relation to the strings. Coil-tapping allows for further variations in tone. Fluence runs on a standard 9V battery or on a Li-ion rechargeable battery pack (both available separately). - Lets you toggle between two voices
