When you start to workout with the Inspire HR, it can track your movements and automatically detect your specific exercise or sport with SmartTrack. SmartTrack then records your progress, and can sync that data to the Fitbit app for later review. The tracker also lets you choose from 15+ goal-based exercise modes, such as biking and yoga. Navigating the Inspire HR is done via the built-in backlit OLED touchscreen display. Its intuitive engineering responds to natural swipes and scrolling.
