Its tracking abilities span the entire day and include 24/7 continuous heart rate monitoring, in addition to counting steps, tracking sleep, and more.
When you start to workout with the Inspire HR, it can track your movements and automatically detect your specific exercise or sport with SmartTrack. SmartTrack then records your progress, and can sync that data to the Fitbit app for later review. The tracker also lets you choose from 15+ goal-based exercise modes, such as biking and yoga. This activity tracker is also designed to make it easy to track weight loss. Even when not working out the Inspire HR is there to assist, delivering notifications from calls, social media sites, texts, and more. Navigating the Inspire HR is done via the built-in backlit OLED touchscreen display. Its intuitive engineering responds to natural swipes and scrolling.
