Product description This unique kit by FLM consists of the CB-24FB Ball Head paired with the PRB-45 Quick Release System, which includes the PRB-45 clamp and PRP-45 quick release plate.
The CB-24FB is a compact ball head designed to retain the functionality of its larger siblings, while remaining small enough to fit comfortably into a travel-friendly set-up. Standing just 3.2" tall and weighing only 0.5 lb, the head features an impressive load capacity of 33.1 lb. It also utilizes a dual-lock design with friction control that allows the user to adjust the ball's position and the 360° panning base separately. A 3/8"-16 bottom thread has been incorporated in order to maintain compatibility with most common tripod legs.
With the 1/4"-20 quick release plate attached, your camera easily slides into the integrated PRB45 base and is locked in place by tightening the silver ring. A cork coating on the QR base protects your camera body from scratches and prevents the camera from sliding while adjusting its position. - A locking knob controls 360° panning and tilting, while a separate friction knob controls how freely the ball moves.
- The ball head can be mounted to a tripod, monopod or any other support with a 3/8"-16 male thread.
- A notch in the head allows the camera to tilt 90° to shoot in portrait orientation.
- With the 1/4"-20 quick release plate attached, your camera slides into the PRB-45 base and is secured by tightening the silver ring.
- A cork coating on the base protects your camera body and prevents it from sliding while panning or tilting.
